Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@lordblue.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
